
I bet you all are as anxious as I am to weigh in this week! It has been a long one. I must admit, this is more difficult than I had anticipated. Sweet things are forever taunting me!

Well, I suppose my thought for this week is this:
What on earth am I doing this for?
No, seriously.
Not "I shouldn't be doing this," but rather, "What is my motivation?"
For me, it is the two weddings I am going to be in this summer.
It is more concrete than the floating principle that I need to be healthier, because I always seem to put that on the back burner!
Well, just food for thought (and luckily, this is 0 points!)
